Eating Concerns

For support and guidance regarding eating well, or if you are concerned about your eating habits, please contact one of the following on-campus resources:

  • Call (319) 273-2009 to set-up an appointment for a physical assessment at the Student Health Clinic
  • Call (319) 273-2676 to schedule an individual counseling appointment through the Counseling Center
  • Call (319) 273-6937 or email lisa.a.smith@uni.edu to set-up an appointment with the on-campus administrative dietitian, Lisa Smith. 
  • Schedule a Wellness Coaching session online. Individual Wellness Coaching sessions are available to explore ways to create a healthy relationship with your food, mind, and body with a trained Wellness Coach.
