Student Wellness Services provides support for creating and maintaining healthy eating behaviors. Intuitive eating is an approach that teaches you how to create a healthy relationship with your food, mind and body.

For support and guidance regarding eating well, or if you are concerned about your eating habits, please contact one of the following on-campus resources:
- Call 319-273-2009 to set-up an appointment for a physical assessment at the Student Health Clinic.
- Call 319-273-2676 to schedule an individual counseling appointment through the Counseling Center.
- Call 319-273-6937 or email nutrition@uni.edu to set-up an appointment with the on-campus administrative dietitian, Stacey Runde or Lisa Smith.
- Schedule a Wellness Coaching session online. Individual Wellness Coaching sessions are available to explore ways to create a healthy relationship with your food, mind and body with a trained wellness coach.
