Student Wellness Services promotes student health and wellness on campus through collaborative, inclusive, student-centered programs involving stress management, mindfulness/relaxation, sleep, safer sex, alcohol and other drug education and bystander intervention, and wellness coaching.
Wellness Coaching is Available at UNI!
Wellness coaching is a confidential service available to all UNI students, covered under the mandatory health fee. The program provides students with opportunities to explore personal character strengths and apply them to strategic wellness goals.
Wellness Coaching sessions can help you create a routine, manage stress, eat well, strengthen relationships, practice gratitude and self-compassion, create a balanced budget, make career decisions and move your body in a way that you enjoy. Sign up for an in-person or Zoom session today.
