- Call (319) 273-2676 to schedule an individual counseling appointment through the Counseling Center.
- Call (319) 273-6937 or email lisa.a.smith@uni.edu to set-up an appointment with the on-campus administrative dietitian, Lisa Smith.
- Schedule a Wellness Coaching session online. Individual Wellness Coaching sessions are available to explore ways to create a healthy relationship with your food, mind, and body with a trained Wellness Coach.
